Role Overview:
We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) for our Tool Room division. The role offers hands-on exposure to machining, tooling, mold base manufacturing, and quality practices, with structured mentorship and growth opportunities opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in tool room operations including mold manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance.
- Operate and learn CNC, VMC, EDM, and conventional machines under supervision.
- Support senior engineers in precision machining and inspection activities.
- Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings and tool designs.
- Maintain quality standards and follow shop floor safety practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

Eligibility:





- Diploma in Plastic/Tool & Die/Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Mechatronics.
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome).
- Knowledge of machining processes and measuring instruments preferred.
- Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
