Itree LLC is a Dallas-based Oracle ERP consulting firm specializing in Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, and OIC across SCM, Finance, and HCM modules. We support consultants placed with prime vendors, system integrators, and direct clients nationwide.

What We Need
We're looking for a BD/Sales skilled with an active network of direct companies and prime vendors who can bring us active job requirements/projects. You don't need to place the consultant yourself — your job is to source the project; Itree handles staffing it.

Responsibilities

- Identify and bring active job requirements/projects from direct companies and prime vendors
- Share project details (client, rate, duration, skill requirement) with Itree LLC
- Facilitate introduction/connection between the vendor or client and Itree for submission
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of direct client and prime vendor contacts

Compensation

- 100% commission-based




- 4% of total contract value for each project/job order successfully sourced from a direct company or prime vendor, once Itree signs the contract and places a consultant against it
- Commission paid [monthly / upon client invoice collection — recommend tying to actual collections]

Ideal Candidate

- Existing relationships with direct companies or prime vendors in IT/Oracle staffing
- Understands how job orders/requirements flow through prime vendor and C2C channels
- Self-driven, comfortable working independently and remotely
- Prior experience in IT staffing/BD strongly preferred
