Responsibilities

- Professionals doing an Operations Executive job is largely responsible for that particular part of the workplace that instantly manages the entire operations and also looks after the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers. .
- Monitor the condition of the facility and keep a check on the environmental performance and give suggestions or approve funds or plans for spending.
- Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs,
- Analyse and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss,
- Prepare regular reports,



perform audit on various operations and evaluate processes as per company requirements,
- Provide support and join improvement-based methods,
- Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement, andOrganizational efficiency with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor Degree,
- Minimum 2-years of relevant experience
- Previous supervisory experience helpful
- Solid written and verbal communications skills, and
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexible and adaptable
- Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
