ESET Solar is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Manager – Finance to lead financial operations, statutory compliance, project finance, and import-export financial processes. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in accounting, taxation, banking, project financing, and international trade finance while ensuring compliance with Indian regulations and global financial practices.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Handle vendor payments and maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Manage project financing activities, including banking operations.
- Handle Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) documentation.
- Letter of Credit (LC)

- Foreign remittances
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and overseas vendors.
- Monitor foreign currency transactions and support forex documentation.
- Prepare annual budgets, cash flow statements, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Support business leadership with financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure industry will be preferred.
- Experience handling international transactions and overseas vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of FEMA, Customs, and Import-Export financial compliance.
