Job Description

- Designation: Talent Acquisition Lead (IC Role)
- Reporting to: AVP- HR
- Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
- Educational Qualification: Graduate or MBA/PGDM- HR / BE Mechanical (Preferred)
- Work Experience (yrs.): 4-7 Years
- Working Days: 5 day working + Hybrid

Purpose of this particular role

- The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to own the entire lifecycle from hiring till onboarding with full accountability.
- They will be leading end-to-end TA from strategy to execution, driving process improvements and automation,



digitization, ATS optimization, acting as a strategic thinker, innovator, and executor who build scalable systems with minimal oversight.
- They will be responsible for driving the process of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the marine & oil and gas industry in a diversity of roles and functions - technical, sales, operations, service, etc.
- They will lead the transition to a fully digitized recruiting and onboarding experience, using data-driven reporting to drive better hiring decisions and continuous improvement.

Key Results

I. Talent Acquisition: Source, Hire and onboard A Players at all levels within 30-45 days of Requisition.

- Workforce and Org Structure Planning: Partner with HoDs hiring managers to drive manpower planning, determining the staffing needs.
- Role creation/updation: Develop & maintain job descriptions that align with the business needs for the organization. Be well versed with different applicable Job profiles related to the business
- Talent Acquisition: Hire high-quality talent by ensuring effective sourcing, screening and strategies, managing diverse sourcing channels. Ensure seamless onboarding within defined timelines and business needs, following the "WHO" hiring framework by Geoff Smart.
- Build Data-backed Engine: Lead the transition to a fully digital hiring and onboarding experience,



optimizing ATS to drive hiring improvement through data based reporting and KPIs.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry trends in regards to Marine, Oil & gas, Gulf market, competitor hiring strategies, and market conditions to refine and adapt recruitment approaches.

II. Employer Brand: Build an “Employer Brand” in the Talent Market and Drive Improvements in the TA Process

- Employee Communication: Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and smooth closures throughout the process.
- Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with high-potential candidates for future hiring needs, even if positions are not open. Use references and networks to source the best candidates.
- Establish and nurture strategic talent networks: Work to build relationships with industry professionals, academic institutes, & recruitment agencies strengthening sourcing capabilities.

III. Over the time

- Get involved in driving Workforce Planning, Training, Employee Management processes.
- Career Growth: This role could grow & develop into a Business Partner Role, Capability Building Role and hopefully into a HR Head Role in the future.

IV. Who may apply for this role

Non -IT TA expert who can do custom hiring for specialised roles and managerial roles, and someone who can think, ideate and execute with minimal oversight, and looking for end to end ownership.
