Key Responsibilities

- Onboarding & Training: Lead new-hire orientations, process updates, and classroom or hands-on floor instructions.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, proper material handling, and equipment operations (such as forklifts).
- Performance Tracking: Monitor worker progress, correct floor errors, and maintain training records via tracking tools or learning systems.
- Content Creation: Design easy-to-understand training materials and address performance gaps on the warehouse floor. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years working in warehouse logistics or training roles.
- Communication: Clear verbal and presentation skills to engage different types of learners.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory tracking, and basic software like Excel. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
