If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and experience in recruitment or construction, we'd love to hear from you! *Responsibilities:* - Source and recruit construction labourers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, pliders, general labourers) - Coordinate with construction sites and clients to determine staffing needs - Schedule and dispatch labourers to job sites - Manage labourer schedules, timesheets, and payroll - Ensure compliance with Canadian labour laws and regulations - Maintain accurate records and databases - Build relationships with construction companies,
