ASET College is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to promote our academic programs and build solid relationships with students, parents, schools, coaching centres, and other educational partners. The role focuses on generating admissions, expanding outreach activities, and contributing to the growth of the institution through effective counselling and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote ASET College's undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Generate student enquiries through direct outreach, educational events, seminars, and referrals.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, admissions, and scholarships.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, tuition centres, coaching institutes, and educational consultants.
- Conduct presentations, education fairs, and admission awareness campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrolment process.




- Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate lead records.
- Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.

Requirements

- Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and student engagement.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Experience in educational sales, admissions, counselling, or business development is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
