About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Finance & Marketing Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between finance and marketing functions, providing budget control, financial insights, and analytical support to drive informed business decisions.

This role requires strong financial acumen combined with an understanding of marketing spend and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor budgets across marketing and business functions, ensuring adherence to allocated spend and flagging variances proactively.
- Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign spend, ROI, and financial performance of marketing initiatives.
- Support business finance activities including financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Engage in supporting reviews of financial statements, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, sales, and finance teams) to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Build financial models, reports, and dashboards using Excel to track key metrics and support decision-making.




- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership using Power Point, summarizing financial performance and insights.
- Leverage SAP (or similar ERP systems) for financial data extraction, reporting, and reconciliation, where applicable.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements in budget management.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business finance, marketing analysis, or a related field.
- Budget Control: Demonstrated experience in managing and controlling budgets.
- Marketing Finance Knowledge: Understanding of marketing finance principles, including campaign budgeting and ROI analysis.
- Business Finance Acumen: Solid grounding in business finance concepts and practices.
- Technical Skills: Preferable working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Financial Statement Knowledge: Strong understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.
- MS Office Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas) and Power Point (presentation building).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical Mindset: Solid problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
