Job Description

- Applications are invited for the position of Postdoctoral Fellow in Operations and Manufacturing Management.




- The candidate will work on solving real-time industrial problems and developing industry-oriented case studies related to manufacturing and service operations.
- The research focus includes productivity enhancement, process improvement through lean manufacturing principles, and simulation of manufacturing systems to analyze performance measures such as throughput, cycle time, bottlenecks, and resource utilization.
- The candidate is expected to collaborate with industries, conduct simulation and analytical studies, publish research outcomes, and contribute to consultancy and sponsored research projects.
