Executive/Sr Executive – Import/Export

Position: Executive/Sr Executive – Import/Export
Experience Required: 2-5 Years
Remuneration: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 INR Per Month

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their import/export shipments.
- Import Activities:
- Perform import activities including overseas agent nomination, cargo pickup, checking import shipping documents, and ensuring final delivery to the customer.
- Shipment Monitoring:
- Monitor the movement of shipments and proactively inform relevant parties of any delays or changes.
- Daily Reporting:
- Maintain a daily DSR (Daily Shipment Report) and share it with customers.
- Documentation Coordination:
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for filing import documentation with customs.
- E-way Bill Management:
- Generate E-way bills and coordinate their management.




- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Ensure accurate and timely coordination with shippers, buyers, overseas offices, internal teams, shipping lines, handling agents, supervision agencies, and other involved parties.
- Record Maintenance:
- Enter and maintain all related records in the ERP system.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Shipping and Customs Knowledge:
- Familiarity with shipping lines, airlines, customs formalities, and logistical procedures for import shipments.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Email and Excel.
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English via email and telephone.
