Qualifications

- PhD in HRM, with a strong record of teaching at the postgraduate and undergraduate levels.
- Demonstrated research capabilities, including publications in peer-reviewed journals, participation in conferences, and engagement in funded or collaborative research projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to use contemporary teaching tools and learning management systems effectively.
- Experience in mentoring learners, supervising theses or projects, and contributing to curriculum development and academic governance.
- Proven ability to collaborate with industry partners, contribute to training programs, and support placement or career development initiatives.
- Commitment to ethical practices, learner-centric pedagogy, inclusivity, and alignment with Amity University's values and culture.
- Prior experience at the Associate Professor level or equivalent in a recognized institution, meeting regulatory norms (e.g., UGC/AICTE) for faculty appointments.
