/n /n Experience
/n /n 10–20 years in sales of medical devices or surgical disposables.
/n Minimum 5 years in a national or regional leadership role.

/n Proven experience in disposable syringes is highly preferred.

/n /n Key Responsibilities
/n /n Develop and execute the national sales strategy.
/n Appoint and manage state-wise distributors and super stockists.

/n Build and lead a high-performing sales team.

/n Drive sales in: /n Government institutions

/n Private hospitals
/n Corporate hospital chains
/n Medical colleges
/n Institutional buyers
/n Trade and distribution channels
/n Increase market share across India.
/n Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




/n Work closely with marketing for product launches and promotional campaigns.
/n Identify recent business opportunities and key accounts.
/n Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

/n Ensure effective forecasting, inventory planning, and sales reporting.

/n /n Essential Requirements
/n /n Strong nationwide distributor network.
/n Experience in handling government tenders and GeM business.
/n Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
/n Willingness to travel extensively across India.

/n Strong communication and presentation abilities.

/n /n Preferred Qualifications
/n /n Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering.

/n MBA in Marketing preferred.
