/n * Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
/n * Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional teams.
/n * Ensure operational excellence, customer experience, and compliance across all stores.




/n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive expansion and business performance.
/n **Preferred Profile:**
/n 15+ years of leadership experience in Retail
/n Strong P&L; and multi-store management expertise
/n Proven track record of handling large-scale business operations (₹500–800 Cr turnover)
/n Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills
