Role & Responsibilities

- Design and execute end-to-end People Operations strategies—hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention—for a hybrid, high-growth edtech team.
- Partner with founders and department heads to align talent planning with business growth cycles, ensuring agile workforce scaling.
- Build and operationalize scalable HR processes including compensation benchmarking, policy design, L&D; roadmaps, and DEI initiatives.
- Own employee experience journey—design engagement rituals, wellness programs, and feedback loops to retain top talent in a mission-driven culture.
- Lead workplace ops for on-site teams—facilities, vendor management, compliance,



and hybrid logistics—ensuring safe, productive, and inspiring workspaces.
- Drive data-backed People analytics—track attrition, engagement, and productivity metrics—to inform strategic talent decisions.
