Job Description Job description: /n Key Responsibilities

/n /n Lead current product development projects from concept to commercialization.
/n Research emerging technologies, materials, and market trends in the composites industry.
/n Develop innovative products for vacuum infusion, prepreg, resin transfer molding (RTM), and composite manufacturing processes.
/n Conduct material evaluations for nylon, polyester, polymer films, sealants, technical fabrics, and related composite consumables.
/n Coordinate laboratory testing, product validation, and performance benchmarking.
/n Design and execute trials for new products and process improvements.
/n Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up from pilot stage to commercial manufacturing.




/n Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
/n Prepare technical specifications, product datasheets, test reports, and development documentation.
/n Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product performance issues.
/n Identify cost reduction and value engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
/n Coordinate with suppliers for development and qualification of new raw materials.

/n Support customer technical visits, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting activities.
