KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

v Supervise day-to-day CNC/VMC machine operations

v Ensure production targets

v Are achieved as per planning

v Monitor machine

v Utilization & productivity

MACHINE &PROCESS; CONTROL

v Setup verification &

v Process optimization Tool life monitoring & cycle time improvement

v Coordinate with maintenance for breakdown handling

MANPOWER HANDLING

v Manage operators & shift activities

v Ensure discipline, safety & productivity on shop floor

v Train and guide operators for multi-machine

v Handling

QUALITY & DOCUMENTATION

v Ensure production as per quality standards

v Maintain daily production reports & records

v Coordination with

v QA & PPC teams

REQUIRED SKILLS:

v Strong knowledge of VMC machines.

v Leadership & team handling ability

v Basic understanding of programming

v Programming Fanuc, Siemens preferred)

v Problem-solving & decision-making skills Good communication

EXPERIENCE: 5-7 Years

QUALIFICATION: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
