Role Overview

We are looking for a highly competent and exam-oriented Science Educator for CDS & NDA preparation. The ideal candidate must have a strong academic background, prior success in defence exams (CDS/NDA), and the ability to teach concepts in a straightforward, practical, and exam-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) as per CDS & NDA syllabus
- Deliver live and recorded classes with clear conceptual explanations
- Solve previous year questions (PYQs) and expected exam-level questions in class
- Create exam-focused notes ensuring maximum relevance (90% from notes approach)
- Conduct daily tests, doubt sessions, and performance analysis
- Guide students on how to approach questions, eliminate options, and manage time
- Align teaching with latest exam trends and question patterns
- Work with internal systems (tests, analytics like Hardit AI) to track student performance

Eligibility Criteria

- Must have cleared CDS or NDA written exam (mandatory)
- Strong command over Science fundamentals (Class 9–12 level, NCERT-based)
- Prior teaching experience in defence exams preferred
- Ability to solve and explain numericals and conceptual questions quickly




- Comfortable teaching in bilingual mode (English + Hindi)
