We're Hiring | Advocate – Real Estate & Land Laws
Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru

At Primero Hospitalities, we're expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Advocate specializing in Karnataka Real Estate & Land Laws to join our Legal team.
What You'll Do
- Draft and vet legal documents including Sale Deeds, JDAs, GPAs, Leases, MOUs and NDAs.
- Conduct title due diligence and property verification.
- Handle land acquisition and development documentation.
- Liaise with Revenue Department and other government authorities.
- Manage land conversion, mutation, RTC, survey, khata and registration-related matters.
- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and dispute resolution.
What We're Looking For
- BA LLB / LLB with enrollment under the State Bar Council.
- Minimum 3 years & 7 years of experience in Karnataka land and real estate matters.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Karnataka Land Revenue Act
- Registration Act
- Karnataka Stamp Act
- Government liaison and regulatory procedures
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
Employment Details
Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 30000 PM (Negotiable for the right candidate)
