key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, and visit prospective retail or wholesale clients across your assigned territory to expand the brand's network. [1, 2]
- Sales Targets: Drive sales of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas. [1, 2, 3]
- Product Presentation: Conduct detailed, in-person product demonstrations and showcase sample catalogues/inventory to clients. [1, 2, 3]
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing buyers, ensuring high satisfaction, regular reordering, and prompt query resolution. [1]
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitor pricing, monitor local trends, and relay feedback to the management team. [1, 2]

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: fresher or experienced of proven field sales experience, ideally in the luxury, FMCG, or jewellery sector.
- Local Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of consumer behavior, jeweller networks, and competitor landscapes in your specific region (such as North Paravur or broader Kerala).
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with high-value clients.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned local territory or region.
- Integrity & Professionalism: High ethical standards when handling valuable inventory and financial transactions.
