Job Title: Application Engineer

Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers can apply)

Education: BE / BTech - Mechanical Only

Technical Skills: AutoCAD, SolidWorks

Non Technical Skills: Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Customer Centric Approach

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Become experts with SolidWorks products by demonstrating, instructing, implementing, and supporting a wide range of customers from many industries in the use of 3D CAD, Analysis, Product Data Management, and related design tools.
- Demo/presentation and to conduct onsite needs assessment with customers and present suite of products that can meet customer’s Requirement while showing them Solidworks Tool’s Capabilities.
- Technical support in development of short- and long-term sales pipeline to support growth plan.
- Execute Benchmarks/Projects as per customer’s Requirement into various industry verticals.
- Maintains broad industry, market and competitor knowledge to maintain credibility with Customer.
- Coordination with sales team for updating them customer’s requirement,



plan to purchase & on various updates & upcoming features Product Suite.
- Presenting Product Demonstration with its features and industry specific benefits in Customer’s/Prospect’s Meets, Seminars and events.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentations of problem solutions.
- Being available as SPOC for all customers to handle their queries regarding the product. Also providing onsite support to customers as and when required.
- Providing Training, Guidance to customer as and when required. Handling troubleshooting and customer’s queries.
- Working as SPOC for all Technical Activities.
- Presenting Company in various Technical Bootcamps & Conferences held by Parent company.
