With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service, we are expanding our sales operations and looking for energetic individuals to join our team.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive *Telecaller* to join our *Sales Department*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, and supporting the field sales team by setting appointments and providing product-related information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact potential customers via phone to introduce AguaClan water purifiers and generate interest.
* Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospects.
* Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
* Handle inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, and basic troubleshooting.
* Follow up on previous calls and nurture leads for conversion.
* Achieve daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.
* Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer responses and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or a customer-facing role.
* Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
* Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
* Proficiency in and English, Hindi.
* Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
