Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR (Talent Acquisition)
Location: Piplod, Surat, Gujarat
Salary: Up to 45,000 In-Hand (Based on relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Shine and other job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
- Handle offer negotiation, offer release, follow-ups and joining coordination.
- Build talent pipelines through Boolean search, headhunting, employee referrals and social media sourcing.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS/HRMS updates and candidate database.




- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Male candidates Preferred.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna and Shine.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and salary negotiation skills.
- Valuable communication, stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
