B2B & Project Sales Manager – Iron & Steel Building Products

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in TMT Steel, Structural Steel, Roofing Sheets, PEB, Cement, Pipes, Construction Chemicals, or other Building Material products will be given preference.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B & Project Sales Manager with a strong background in Iron & Steel or Building Materials to drive project sales and develop business with builders, contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and government/institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage project sales for iron & steel building products.
- Develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners.
- Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects and convert them into business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams for timely order execution.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring profitable business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, project pipelines, and MIS reports.

Requirements

- 8–12 years of experience in B2B & Project Sales within the Iron & Steel, TMT Steel, Structural Steel, Roofing, PEB, Cement, or Building Materials industry.
- Strong network with builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating current business.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
