IT Sales Executive

About the Role

Pioneer Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying potential clients and promoting our IT solutions, including Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, and Digital Transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B/B2C leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and support the sales closure process.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver client solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT,



or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Cloud Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software, or Managed IT Services.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
