Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or client servicing
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end social media operations for client accounts
- Coordinate with content, design, and video teams for timely execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Review content to ensure quality and brand consistency
- Plan campaigns and content calendars
- Monitor performance and prepare monthly reports
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new ideas
