Autviz Solutions is a fast-growing IT Services company delivering innovative software development, AI, web, mobile, and digital solutions to clients across the globe. We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for IT Services.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, networking, and outbound sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales or Business Development.




- Strong understanding of software development services, web development, mobile applications, AI, and digital solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM tools, and lead generation.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Preferred Skills

- International client handling experience.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Proposal writing and contract negotiation.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
