Job Summary

Godha Developers is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising high-rise residential building projects, ensuring quality execution, safety compliance, and timely completion of works.

Experience

- 5–8 Years (Mandatory High-Rise Building Experience)

Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve site execution issues.




- Ensure project milestones are achieved within scheduled timelines.

Required Skills

- Experience in RCC, Finishing & Structural Works.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and labor teams.
- Positive communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
