Job Description

Procurement Planning

- § Ability to understand and apply knowledge of category management,
- § Risk management, and regulatory compliance to implement procurement policies,
- § Procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that govern sourcing and purchasing activities,
- Ensuring alignment with project expectations and organizational objectives while optimizing efficiency and effectiveness

Technical Skill & process knowledge

- § Ability to define & develop the process for machining & fabrication of TG components
- § Able to understand the machine operation & all technical related fields about machine & process
- § Able to understand the fabrication operation & all technical related fields about welding
- § Ability to apply knowledge of architectural and engineering drawing standards with respect to Drawing Control Index (DCI)
- § To read, analyze, and interpret various types of technical drawings, including blueprints, schematics, detailed drawings, GFC drawings and shop drawings
- § To understand design specifications, dimensions, materials, and construction methods essential for successful engineering design, project planning and execution

Cost Benchmarking
