We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Continental/Italian Commi Chef to join our café kitchen team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing continental dishes and maintaining kitchen hygiene and consistency.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assist in Continental / Italian dishes including:
- Soups
- Starters
- Salads
- Burgers
- Sandwiches & Wraps
- Pasta & Noodles
- Pizza
- Steaks & Sides
- Basic sauce and prep knowledge
- Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards
- Follow kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and food safety practices
- Assist in stock preparation and kitchen organization
- Work efficiently during rush hours and weekend operations

Requirements

- 1–4 years experience in Continental / Italian kitchen
- Knowledge of basic kitchen prep and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café workplace
- Team player with good attitude and discipline
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
