Role Description

This is an on-site, full time role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager, located in Kozhikode. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, training, and development. The role involves developing company policies,



managing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring a healthy and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, Proficiency in training, development, and organizational policy formulation, Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Proficiency in HR software and tools, including HRMS and payroll systems, Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus, Experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
