Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recent product development from concept to commercial launch.
- Identify new product opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product development.
- Drive innovation, product improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet launch targets.
- Ensure products comply with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead prototype development, testing, validation, and product commercialization.
- Build and mentor the NPD team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Engage with customers, suppliers, and technology partners for product development and technical support.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback and market requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
