We are looking for a responsible and reliable Driver cum Office Assistant to provide safe transportation and assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good driving skills, a professional attitude, and basic administrative knowledge.
Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Duties
- Drive company vehicles safely for official work.
- Pick up and drop as required.
- Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and materials.
- Maintain the cleanliness and regular servicing of the company vehicle.
- Ensure vehicle documents (Insurance, PUC, Registration) are up to date.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Office Assistant Duties
- Support daily office administrative activities.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document management.
- Visit banks, courier offices, vendors,
and government offices for official work.
- Purchase office supplies and assist with office maintenance.
- Support staff with general office tasks as assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
- Valid LMV Driving License is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience.
- Basic knowledge of office work and local routes in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.
- Positive communication skills and a responsible attitude.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or nearby locations will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Additional Benefits
- Overtime pay will be provided for approved work performed beyond the regular working hours, as per the company's policy.
Work Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
