Job Profile:

Educational qualifications: Graduate/MBA/B.E (Knowledge in IT Field)

Key Technical skills:

- Windows Administration preferably Windows Server.
- Hands on experience on Active directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, Antivirus, etc.
- Knowledge of MS Exchange.

Job profile:

- Installation and Troubleshooting of Windows Servers and Desktops O.S.
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure Active Directory, should have knowledge of MS Exchange Server and be able to perform e-mail spot-checks on network performance levels.
- Should be able to create Domain Controller, Additional Domain controller, DNS, DHCP, create Group policies and attend to trouble shooting.
- L3 Support for troubleshooting of server hardware and Operating system related issues.
- Should have very strong Knowledge of Active Directory (Forest and Domain, Trust relationship,



Group policy (in depth), File replication Services, DNS, Client authentication, Certificate ( PKI infrastructure).
- Experience in O365.
- Should have valuable trouble shooting on all the Technical areas.
- Experience in Windows clustering and volume management.
- Experience in implementing patch management and backup strategy.
- Experience in implementing Monitoring solution and capacity planning.
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should have experience in working with onshore offshore model support. Independently work with client team for all the delivery aspects and project documentation.
- Should have the team management capability, ramping up team and mentoring team members.
- Should have the ability to learn new technologies and adapt with complex environment.

Networking Skills:

- Should possess basic concepts of networking Such as TCP/IP, SMTP, FTP, etc.
- Hands on experience on network design, crimping and patching.

Security Products: (Experience in Disaster Recovery solutions and knowledge on Firewall /IT Security)

- Should possess basic concepts of Antivirus-sound knowledge of Popular AV solutions such as McAfee/Symantec/Trend micro/Kaspersky etc.
- Installation/Up gradation/Migration of Antivirus Server.
- Should have basic Firewall/UTM configuration and troubleshooting skills.

Virtualization Products: Well versed with Microsoft Hyper V and Vmware.
Salary Package: As per industry standard
