Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in hospital procurement, specifically in sourcing and managing disposable, consumables, medical items and kits. The candidate should have good vendor management skills, knowledge of hospital consumables, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Handle procurement of disposable, consumables, medical devices, medical supplies, medical items and kits for hospital requirements

2.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and deliveries

3.⁠ ⁠Ensure timely purchase of required disposable products

4.⁠ ⁠Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, and inventory coordination

5.⁠ ⁠Compare prices and negotiate with vendors for the best rates





6.⁠ ⁠Follow up on pending orders and ensure smooth supply chain operations

7.⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement requirements

8.⁠ ⁠Ensure product quality and compliance with vendors.

Requirements:

Experience in hospital procurement or medical disposable, Consumables, medical devices, medical supplies purchasing

Good knowledge of disposable medical products and kits

Solid communication and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills

Ability to manage multiple vendors and procurement timelines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
