Job Description

Experience: 0 to 6 months

Role: Customer Support

Location: Hyderabad, Madhapur

Work timings:12am to 9am

Roles and Responsibilities

Answering questions about a company’s Product or services

Processing orders and transactions

Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical Problems.





Delivering Information about a company offering

Providing proactive customer outreach.

Handling Customer complaints.

Collection and analyzing customer feedback
