Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage our company's finance, taxation, compliance, and financial planning functions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, financial reporting, audits, banking, and MIS.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting and finance operations.
- Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- GST compliance, return filing, reconciliation, and assessments.
- Income Tax compliance and TDS management.
- Handle statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, budgets, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with banks for CC limits, term loans, and other banking facilities.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Guide and supervise the accounts team.

Candidate Profile





- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
- 3–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Trading industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
