Job opening - All districts of Odisha ATM Service Engineer – Job Responsibilities Installation & Setup: Install and configure ATMs, cash recyclers, passbook printers, and e-surveillance systems as per company guidelines. Maintenance & Repairs: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure minimum downtime. Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues such as hardware malfunctions, cash jams, dispenser errors, and connectivity failures. Field Support: Attend service calls generated by the company for faulty ATMs or related devices within the assigned region. Software Updates: Load and configure ATM application software, patches, and firmware updates. Cash Management Support: Assist in resolving cash-related issues (misdispense, cash jam, tally mismatches). Security & Surveillance:



Maintain CCTV and e-surveillance equipment for ATM sites. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service logs, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update ticketing systems after each visit. Customer Interaction: Coordinate with banks, CIT vendors, and customers to resolve issues promptly. Compliance: Follow company and client safety, security, and quality standards while handling machines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
