Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support our digital marketing team. The intern will assist in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, tracking trends, and helping execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Assist in creating and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media platforms.

2. Write engaging captions and assist with content planning and calendar management.

3. Support the team in creating reels, stories, short videos, and graphics.

4. Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement, escalating queries when required.

5. Research social media trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

6. Help coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.

Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing basic analytics reports.

8. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and communication guidelines.

9. Provide administrative and creative support to the digital marketing team as needed.

Requirements

1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.

2. Solid interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.

3. Good written and verbal communication skills.

4. Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.

5. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

6. Eagerness to learn, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
