- Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure production meets quality standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Optimize manpower, machines, and material utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety (EHS) and company policies.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure preventive maintenance.
- Reduce production costs, wastage, and rework.
- Maintain production reports, records, and KPIs.
- Train, guide, and supervise production staff.
- Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of products as per the production schedule.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
