About the Role

MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically appealing, and client-centric residential and commercial interiors. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, material selection, and execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed space planning, furniture layouts, and interior drawings.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, Project Managers, and Site Engineers during execution.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material selection and procurement.
- Review shop drawings and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of interior works.
- Handle client feedback and incorporate design modifications when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company quality standards.

- Solid knowledge of residential and commercial interior design.
- Good understanding of construction methods and interior execution.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Excellent presentation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Revit (Preferred)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design.
- Experience in construction or design-build companies will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in luxury residential interiors, villas, apartments, and commercial spaces.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to completion.
- Strong coordination with site execution teams.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and project estimation is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
