We're Hiring | Area Sales Manager – Broking Channel | 8+ Years | Bangalore

Crescendo Global has been exclusively mandated to hire a skilled Area Manager – Distribution Commercial for the Commercial Distribution team within a leading Global General Insurance organization.

8+ years of total work experience in General Insurance, including extensive experience in Commercial Lines such as Fire & Engineering, Marine, Liability, with a strong focus on broker-led business.

Currently working with a General Insurance Company, Insurance Broker, or Corporate Agency Channel, managing Corporate Commercial business, broker/intermediary relationships, renewals, and current business acquisition. Experience in the Broking Channel is mandatory.

Educational Qualification - Graduate/Postgraduate Proven experience in developing and managing broker networks,



driving mid-to-large ticket commercial insurance business, coordinating with internal teams, and working independently as an Individual Contributor (IC)
