Job Summary:

The IPQA Officer is responsible for monitoring in-process quality assurance activities during pharmaceutical manufacturing to ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards while maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform line clearance before and after manufacturing and packaging activities
- Conduct in-process quality checks during production and packing
- Monitor manufacturing activities as per SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and quality standards
- Report deviations, non-conformities, and quality issues to the QA Manager
- Coordinate with Production and QC departments for quality-related activities
- Maintain IPQA documentation, records, and reports
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure cleanliness, safety,



and compliance in production areas

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Strong observation and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Qualification:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology)

Experience:

- 0–1 years in IPQA, QA, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Freshers with B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of WHO-GMP, Schedule M, and cGMP guidelines
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work in shifts, if required

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
