Job Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and analyze sales data from various e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The role involves extracting sales reports, organizing and maintaining data, identifying trends and patterns, and generating meaningful insights to support business and sales decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Download and extract daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from various e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Consolidate and organize sales data from multiple platforms into structured reports.
- Clean, validate, and maintain accurate sales and transaction data.
- Analyze sales performance, revenue, order volumes, product performance, and other key metrics.
- Identify sales trends, patterns, gaps, and performance fluctuations across different platforms.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Compare platform-wise and product-wise sales performance and highlight key insights.
- Track and monitor sales data to identify discrepancies or unusual trends.




- Coordinate with internal teams to understand data requirements and provide relevant reports and analysis.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of reports and data sources.
- Support the management team with data-driven insights for business and sales planning.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and maintain accuracy.
- Good understanding of sales reports and business performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic Excel formulas is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify trends and convert data into meaningful insights.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, sales MIS, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills may also apply.
