Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Follow-up Executive to manage customer interactions, follow up on sales leads, maintain records in Microsoft Excel, and coordinate with the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities through regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries on a daily basis.
- Explain company products and services to customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain regular communication with customers until lead closure.
- Update customer details, call status, and follow-up remarks in Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads.
- Schedule customer meetings and product demonstrations when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up to maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and records.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily calling and lead follow-up targets.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati will be an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, filters, sorting, basic formulas).
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Ability to convince and build relationships with customers.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred)
- HSC/12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Pay: ₹8,542.42 - ₹15,000.00 per month
