Experience:

1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong Tally knowledge may apply)

Qualification:

- B.Com / BBA / or any similar commerce-related degree
- Working knowledge of Tally (ERP / Prime) is Required

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage invoicing, billing accuracy, and basic accounting entries. The role requires coordination with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure timely and error-free billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and generate sales invoices using Tally
- Ensure accuracy of billing details such as GST, pricing, and quantities
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order confirmation
- Handle debit notes, credit notes, and invoice corrections
- Update customer accounts and follow up on billing-related queries




- Support the accounts team with basic accounting entries and reports
- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and GST norms

Skills & Requirements:

- Proficiency in Tally
- Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing
- Positive numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an added advantage

- Organized and process-driven
- Ability to handle deadlines and volume billing
- Good communication and coordination skills
