Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Promote courses/services through social media, WhatsApp, email & offline activities
- Support lead generation and follow-up activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help in creating basic content, posters, and promotional ideas
- Participate in events, seminars, and campus promotions

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain employee & candidate databases
- Support onboarding and documentation process
- Help in HR engagement activities and events
- Assist in attendance, payroll coordination & HR reports
- Support HR policies, compliance, and training activities
