/n Job Responsibilities

/n /n Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, such as: process cash receipts and maintain A/R subledger, process cash disbursements and maintain A/P subledger, payroll processing through payroll provider and accounting software, maintain the general ledger.

/n Prepare cash, credit card, and other asset and liability account reconciliations, and maintain support worksheets for each for month end and year end.




/n Provide other tasks as assigned by supervisor to be completed under guidance of supervisor.
/n /n Requirements for Successful Candidate
/n /n Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in accounting or related field, or similar training or on the job experience
/n At least 3 years of experience in the job offered or as an accountant in private accounting
/n Excellent communication skills
/n Excellent organizational skills
/n Experience with accounting platforms such as Quick Books, Microsoft GP, Sage Intacct, etc
/n Ability to work independently on tasks with some supervision
/n Ability to manage multiple engagements, and competing priorities
