About the Role

Sri Ram Hospital is looking for a qualified, compassionate, and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our clinical team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, planning appropriate physiotherapy treatments, conducting rehabilitation sessions, and supporting patients in improving mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients with musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, post-operative, and general rehabilitation needs.
- Prepare individualised physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide pain-relief therapies, therapeutic exercises, mobility training, strengthening exercises, and functional rehabilitation.
- Manage patients with neck pain, back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, arthritis, sports injuries, fractures, and post-surgical conditions.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative physiotherapy for orthopaedic patients.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding exercises, posture correction, precautions, and home exercise programmes.
- Use physiotherapy equipment and modalities safely and appropriately.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical improvement.
- Maintain accurate patient assessment, treatment, and progress records.
- Coordinate with orthopaedic surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safe handling of physiotherapy equipment.
- Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
- Provide qualified, respectful,



and compassionate care to every patient.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy—BPT—from a recognised university.
- Valid registration with the appropriate Physiotherapy Council or professional body, wherever applicable.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Good knowledge of general physiotherapy, orthopaedic rehabilitation, pain management, and therapeutic exercises.
- Ability to independently assess patients and prepare treatment plans.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain clinical documentation.
- Willingness to work according to hospital duty schedules.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Knowledge of electrotherapy and exercise-therapy equipment.
- Ability to handle both outpatient and inpatient physiotherapy cases.
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi will be an advantage.
