Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing production Cloud IaaS/PaaS solutions.
- Proven experience working with enterprise banking or financial services customers is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise

- Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking including OCI FastConnect, VPN, identity federation, and cloud security.
- Hands-on expertise with:

- Experience implementing Cloud FinOps strategies for AI workloads.
- Exposure to Graph databases, Knowledge Graphs, and GraphRAG architectures.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience leading customer workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
- Oracle Consulting or Customer Success Services experience.

- Design secure AI environments utilizing OCI Generative AI, Dedicated AI Clusters, Llama, Cohere, and zero-trust security principles to meet financial industry compliance requirements.
- Architect resilient cross-cloud networking using OCI FastConnect, VPNs, unified identity federation (SAML), and secure data exchange across OCI, AWS Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI environments.
- Lead large-scale enterprise database modernization initiatives involving Oracle RAC, Exadata Cloud Service (ExaCS), Exadata Cloud@Customer (ExaCC), Autonomous Database, Data Guard, and enterprise migration strategies.
- Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for complex customer engagements, providing architectural governance, cloud cost optimization (FinOps), and best practices for AI compute and token consumption.
- Collaborate with customers, Oracle engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, secure, and compliant cloud solutions while communicating technical strategies effectively to executive stakeholders.
